Honey-garlic Roasted Salmon

This one is my favorite and so easy to make. Ingredients: The roasted: 2 fillet salmon (skin on) 2 tablespoons lemon juice salt and pepper to taste The sauce: 2 clove garlic, chopped 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 lemon, both juice and zest 4 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon butter Directions: marinade the salmon with lemon juice, salt, and pepper for about 30 mins. bake skin side down in 400F oven for 15 mins, or until the surface of the salmon is slightly burned (or any level to your liking) melt butter in a saucepan, stir fry garlic until gulden brown, pour lemon juice and its zest, honey, and brown sugar. pour the sauce to the salmon, sprinkle with parsley, and bake again for a minute. enjoy with your favorite sides (veggies, potato salad, fries, etc.)
