Indonesian-style Chicken Noodle


This quick-simple noodles is so comforting, especially for getting through exams week.
Ingredients:
1 pack noodles (preferably the straight-spaghetti like ones)
1 lb boneless chicken (preferably skin-on breast), diced
8 oz white or Bella mushrooms, sliced
8 oz spinach
1/2 white/yellow onion, diced
3 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (or soy sauce + 4 tablespoon brown sugar)
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, stir until light brown, add garlic, stir until brown also, add mushrooms and chickens, stir until the chicken cooked, add soy sauce, stir until the liquid are about to dry, add salt, pepper, and spinach. stir until the liquid is dried.
  2. Boil the noodle in water until al dente (soften but not mushy), rinse with cold water. Place a half bowl of the noodle, the top with the chicken.
  3. viola, the chicken noodle for your soul and your mind is ready.
